These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Gevity Social Wellness Club’s (“Gevity,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) services, including our physical club, website, mobile platforms, and any content, functionality, or offerings we provide online or offline (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Who Can Use Gevity

You must be at least 18 years old to become a Gevity member or use our Services. By enrolling, creating an account, or accessing our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Membership Terms

Access & Conduct

As a Gevity member, you’re part of a shared community. We expect members to treat others with respect, keep shared spaces clean, and follow all posted guidelines.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time if a member’s behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates these Terms.

Billing & Payments

All membership fees are billed according to the terms selected at signup. Late payments may result in access being paused until the account is current.

You authorize us to charge your preferred payment method for all recurring fees unless canceled in accordance with our policy.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are outlined at the time of enrollment and may vary by membership type. Please contact us at membership@livegevity.co for assistance.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

By participating in any wellness, fitness, or recovery services at Gevity, you acknowledge the inherent physical risks involved. You assume full responsibility for your health and wellness decisions.

We recommend consulting with a qualified healthcare professional before engaging in any new treatments, recovery services, or physical training.

Gevity staff are not licensed medical providers unless explicitly stated.

4. Digital Services & Accounts

If you create a Gevity account online or via our app:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• You agree not to use our systems to spam, harass, or misrepresent others.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate our community standards or Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Gevity platforms—including branding, logos, designs, videos, images, and text—is the property of Gevity or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

Some services may be offered through or alongside third parties (e.g. vitamin IV, massage, booking platforms). Gevity is not responsible for the policies, terms, or performance of these third-party services.

Use of any third-party service is at your own discretion and subject to their terms.

7. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Gevity, you agree to that policy as well.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gevity and its affiliates, partners, staff, and contractors will not be liable for any damages—direct or indirect—arising from your use of our Services, including any injury, loss, or interruption.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform or physical space.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our business evolves. Any material changes will be posted to our website, and your continued use of Gevity after such changes constitutes acceptance.
