About us
Gevity is a new kind of space where modern wellness, focused work, and human connection aren’t competing, they’re integrated.
Gevity is for ambitious people who care about feeling good.
For companies ready to invest in humans, not just output.
It’s not a gym. Not a co-working space. Not a spa.
It’s the best of all three.
A space where you can be ambitious and well.
Think cold plunges and conference calls.
Yoga and sales targets.
Red light therapy and espresso shots.
Slack notifications and silence when you need it.
Built by two people just trying to make life feel full again for themselves and everyone else stuck in between.

We were burned out. Not from lack of effort, but from living in a system that splits wellness from work, and connection from purpose.
The Founders

Connor Michalek

Espoir Michalek
Connor came from the high-pressure world of tech sales. Espoir grew up immersed in wellness, watching her family run a gym and build a movement community.
More than just co-founders, Connor and Espoir are partners in life, a married team aligned by a shared vision: to build a space where wellness, productivity, and community come together with intention. After traveling the world, climbing mountains, and leading grassroots initiatives in East Africa, we realized something simple but urgent so we stopped waiting for someone else to build it — and built it ourselves.
The ice bath epiphany that started it all

Connor was deep in prep mode. Building a travel blog, training for high-altitude climbs, and working through the early stages of something new.
He’d been grinding for hours and needed a reset.
So he hit a local cold plunge spot.

After a few minutes in the ice, he felt sharp again. Energized, alive, completely locked in. He turned to the staff and asked casually, “Hey, can I bring my laptop tomorrow? Sit in the ice, fire off some work, knock a few things out?”

One where you can push your body and push your work forward. Recover and create. Drop into flow and be part of a real community.

That moment was the start of Gevity.
Not just a place to plunge.
A place where modern wellness, focused work, and human connection aren’t competing, they’re integrated.
It wasn’t a business plan. It was a gut feeling.
And it wouldn’t let go.
